Khushi Kapoor’s Ultimate Fitness And Beauty Routine Unveiled

Khushi Kapoor, who has garnered attention for her exceptional fashion sense and acting in the 2023 film The Archies, is quickly establishing herself as a Gen-Z style and fitness icon. Known for her passion for both fashion and fitness, Khushi’s social media presence showcases her dedication to health and wellness. While her wardrobe features everything from elegant evening gowns to casual streetwear, a significant portion is dedicated to athleisure. In a recent interview with a media portal, she opened up about her fitness and beauty routines, offering insight into her approach to maintaining both physical and mental well-being.

During a conversation with Harper’s Bazaar India, Khushi Kapoor listed her seven beauty and fitness secrets that are worth noting. Starting from her focus on pilates and weight training for fitness to hair oiling and hair spas, moisturising, applying sunscreen, and double-cleansing for skin care, the actress serves as a masterclass for youngsters.

She said, “I’m a Pilates enthusiast and do weight training too. Fitness boosts my mood.”

Pilates: Including pilates in your fitness routine can improve flexibility, muscle strength, and tone, particularly of abdominal muscles, hips, lower back, and buttocks. It also balances muscular strength on both sides of your body and enhances muscular control of your back and limbs.

Weight Training: Regular strength training can improve your strength and flexibility, increase bone density, decrease your risk of injury and falls, and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

In terms of beauty, Khushi shared that there is a lot happening to her skin and nails during the shoots, so she tries to do as little as possible in her free time.

Hair oiling: Firstly, she said that she regularly oils her hair at night to revive hair that’s dry or damaged from heat or styling.

Hair spas: To avoid any kind of heat damage, the actress does hair spas that help nourish and moisturise hair from root to tip.

Moisturiser: Cold or hot weather, air conditioning, or indoor heat—these environmental factors can suck the moisture right out of your skin. So, to prevent this from harming the skin, Khushi makes sure to moisturise her body and keep it hydrated.

Sunscreen: Without miss, she uses a good SPF sunscreen for her face to shield the skin from harmful UV rays that can cause dehydration, pigmentation, premature ageing, and sunburn.

Double cleansing: Lastly, the diva shares that she never forgets to double cleanse her face to clean her pores. By thoroughly removing oil, dirt, and makeup residue from the skin, double cleansing helps prevent clogged pores and breakouts.

Moreover, the actress spoke about the importance of fashion in her life. On being asked about gaining recognition as fashion’s favourite muse. Khushi reveals that she just loves dressing up in a certain way.

“Fashion is something I have always loved and had an interest in. I’ve somehow always gravitated towards dressing a certain way because that’s what makes me feel confident. Like I said, I have always been a shy person who’s used to being in the shadows of her family. So, I found comfort and confidence in dressing up a certain way. It would definitely make me feel better to go out and do events and red carpets by myself if I felt confident in what I am wearing. It’s so cool that people are actually recognising that,” she added.
