Embark on a flavorful journey to Kerala as we bring you an unforgettable culinary celebration –“Malabar on my Plate!”

Savor the rich aromas and coastal legacy of Kerala cuisine with a vibrant live buffet curated by MasterChef Kiran, a culinary expert with over eight years of experience in authentic South Indian cuisine. An alumnus of the Food Craft Institute, Trivandrum, Chef Kiran has honed his skills at prestigious kitchens including The Leela Palace, Kovalam, and began his journey at Sagara Beach Resort, Kovalam. His cooking blends traditional flavors, precise  techniques, and heartfelt presentation—bringing Kerala’s soul to every plate.

Highlights from the menu include regional favorites such as Thenga Manga Sundal, Chakka Vattal, and Padavalangha Kottu (also featured as a live counter), finishing with the indulgent dessert Seviya Payam and so on. Each dish has been thoughtfully selected to represent the culinary diversity and nostalgia of the Malabar coast.
