With their rich, juicy sweetness- especially from premium Alphonso mangoes- they’re the star ingredient this season.”
“For this mango-inspired menu, I’ve focused on letting the mango shine in both familiar and unexpected ways,” she shares. “We’ve got everything from tropical breakfast bowls and fresh mango toasts to indulgent desserts and bright, refreshing drinks. Whether paired with coconut, chilli, or even a bit of crunch, the goal is to celebrate the mango’s creamy texture and intense flavor. Each dish captures the essence of summer- sunny, satisfying, and completely irresistible.”
