1. Stay Hydrated

The most important thing you can do during a heatwave is to keep your body hydrated. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to avoid dehydration. Avoid sugary drinks, caffeine, and alcohol as they can dehydrate you. Carry a water bottle with you at all times and sip frequently, especially if you’re out in the sun for extended periods.

2. Wear Light, Breathable Clothing
