This summer, two of Mumbai’s most loved names come together over something simple: a shared love for good dessert. Blah! The city’s brunch favourite, Ice Cream Works Gold, known for its rich scoops and frozen creations, have joined hands to launch two limited-edition desserts — at all their locations across Mumbai.
One’s served cold, the other warm. Both are made for the season and for the kind of days that call for something sweet.
Here’s what’s on the menu:
Pistachio Éclair
A frozen pistachio cream bar layered with soft sponge and roasted nuts, topped with whipped pistachio mousse and a touch of gold. It’s fresh, gently nutty, and made with just the right balance.
Chocolate Truffle Toast Sundae
Thick-cut toasted brioche, crisp on the outside, soft inside — served with a chocolate truffle, sauces, whipped cream, and a few crunchy finishes. Comforting, rich, and made to share (or not).
