Ingredients:

Dry Ingredients:

  • 120 grams all-purpose unbleached flour
  • 2 grams baking powder
  • 0.5 gram nutmeg
  • 0.5 gram cinnamon

Wet Ingredients:

  • 113 grams softened butter
  • 150 grams brown sugar
  • 50 grams egg (approx. 1 egg)
  • 120 grams eggnog
  • 90 grams soaked mixed nuts (alcohol and spice-infused)

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) and grease an 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
