Singapore Veg Noodles

The moment I took the first bit of the Singapore Noodles from Chowman, it was a burst of aroma that made my mouth water. The perfectly cooked noodles were drenched in a fragrant blend of spices, with fresh cabbage, green onions, capsicum, and a colorful medley of vegetables with the wok aroma. The dish had the perfect balance of flavors, with just enough oil to coat the noodles and make them shine, offering a true taste of Singaporean street food.
Chili Paneer
A true standout, the Chili Paneer from the Chowman was a perfect balance of heat and savoriness. The soft and spongy green chilies melted in my mouth, blending beautifully with the crispy paneer cubes. Tossed in a rich garlic-soya sauce with a wok aroma, this dish was a spicy, flavorful adventure. Garnished with fresh spring onions, it made for a fantastic appetizer or side.
Veg Bao
Chowman’s Veg Bao is an absolute must-try. The steamed, fluffy buns were perfection—soft, warm, and delicate. Inside, they were filled with a crispy potato and vegetable patty, offering a delightful contrast of textures. The mayonnaise and sesame seeds on top added a nice touch of creaminess and crunch, making these buns a standout starter or even a light meal on their own. It was a heavenly combination that I could enjoy again and again. I really appreciate this , it has become my favourite one from the Chowman.
Veg Momo
For something lighter yet satisfying, the Veg Momo was a refreshing treat. The steamed dumplings were filled with shredded vegetables and paneer, creating a healthy and well-balanced bite. The accompanying chili chutney elevated the dish. The dumplings were soft and well steamed and talking about the packaging everything was perfect.
Chocolate Mousse
To round off the meal, the rich and creamy Chocolate Mousse was the perfect ending. The deep dark chocolate, coupled with a subtle hint of mint and fresh red cherries, was nothing short of dreamy. It was decadent, velvety, and melted in your mouth, leaving a satisfying taste long after the last bite. I liked the taste and overall texture of the Mousse, the best part was it was not too sweet which gave a balance while eating.
Each item at the Chowman was crafted with care, from the vibrant Singapore Noodles to the indulgent Chocolate Mousse. Whether you’re in the mood for a light bite or a full meal, Chowman offers something for every palate.
