Guests can enjoy savoury main courses that feature mango in unexpected ways, from Pumpkin and mango masala and Sindhi Toor Dal with Aam Papad, to seafood options like Mango Meen curry and Grill Salmon with raw mango mash and Mango & zucchini quesadilla. Sweet treats include classics like Mango Tiramisu, Mango Tacos, Mango pistachio Joconde chocolate cake, and Matcha Mango Opera, ensuring a sweet finish with plenty of mango flavour. It’s a summer dream for families, friends, and anyone who adores the taste of sun-ripened mangoes.

The celebration of the king of fruits extends beyond the ‘Tropical Mango Feast’ at Quattro. The Lobby Lounge also features a special Mango Fest dedicated to showcasing delightful creations like mango pastries and cakes. Standout desserts include the Pistachio Cremieux Coco Choco Mango Mint Gateaux, and Mango Gianduja Cremieux with Crunchy Hazelnut. Delicately crafted small bites include a Chocolate, Mango, and Lychee Meringue Tart, a tropical Mango & Passionfruit Pavlova and the classic Fresh Mango Cheesecake. On the savoury side, playful yet punchy creations like Kairi Papper Coconut Water Pani Puri Shots, Aam Papad Cheese Stuffed Mini Samosas, and Kacchi Kairi Mirchi Vada steal the show.
