Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fruits:
    • Wash the strawberries and remove the hulls (the green tops).
    • Peel and chop the mango, pineapple, and banana into chunks.
  2. Blend the Smoothie:
    • Add all the fruits (strawberries, mango, pineapple, and banana) into a blender.
    • Add the Greek yogurt for a creamy texture and a boost of protein.
    • Pour in the coconut water or your preferred liquid (fruit juice or milk will also work well).
    • If you like your smoothie on the sweeter side, add a teaspoon or two of honey or maple syrup.
    • Add a few ice cubes if you want a thicker, colder texture.
  3. Blend Until Smooth:
    • Start blending on low speed and gradually increase to high. Blend for about 30 seconds or until all the ingredients are fully combined and smooth.
  4. Taste and Adjust:
    • Taste your smoothie and adjust the sweetness if necessary, adding a little more honey or syrup. You can also adjust the consistency by adding more liquid if it’s too thick.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Pour the smoothie into glasses. You can garnish with a slice of fruit or a mint leaf for an extra touch of color.
    • Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing, homemade summer fruit smoothie!

Tips:

  • For an extra tropical twist, add a splash of lime juice.
  • You can freeze the fruits ahead of time to make the smoothie even colder and creamier.
  • Experiment with other fruits like peaches, blueberries, or kiwi for variety!

This smoothie is not only a perfect summer treat but also a great way to pack in a ton of nutrients with minimal effort. Enjoy!
