This homemade summer smoothie is packed with fresh, vibrant fruits and is perfect for cooling off on a hot day. It’s easy to make, delicious, and loaded with vitamins and nutrients. You can customize it based on your favorite fruits or what’s in season!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled)
- 1/2 cup fresh mango chunks (or frozen)
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 banana (preferably ripe)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (for creaminess)
- 1/2 cup coconut water (or any fruit juice or milk of your choice)
- 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on your sweetness preference)
- Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)

Instructions:
- Prepare the Fruits:
- Wash the strawberries and remove the hulls (the green tops).
- Peel and chop the mango, pineapple, and banana into chunks.
- Blend the Smoothie:
- Add all the fruits (strawberries, mango, pineapple, and banana) into a blender.
- Add the Greek yogurt for a creamy texture and a boost of protein.
- Pour in the coconut water or your preferred liquid (fruit juice or milk will also work well).
- If you like your smoothie on the sweeter side, add a teaspoon or two of honey or maple syrup.
- Add a few ice cubes if you want a thicker, colder texture.
- Blend Until Smooth:
- Start blending on low speed and gradually increase to high. Blend for about 30 seconds or until all the ingredients are fully combined and smooth.
- Taste and Adjust:
- Taste your smoothie and adjust the sweetness if necessary, adding a little more honey or syrup. You can also adjust the consistency by adding more liquid if it’s too thick.
- Serve and Enjoy:
- Pour the smoothie into glasses. You can garnish with a slice of fruit or a mint leaf for an extra touch of color.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing, homemade summer fruit smoothie!
Tips:
- For an extra tropical twist, add a splash of lime juice.
- You can freeze the fruits ahead of time to make the smoothie even colder and creamier.
- Experiment with other fruits like peaches, blueberries, or kiwi for variety!
This smoothie is not only a perfect summer treat but also a great way to pack in a ton of nutrients with minimal effort. Enjoy!
