The House of Fio Unveils The Fio Table – A Delicious Celebration of Europe’s Mediterranean coastline Flavors and Togetherness

Gather around for a wholesome experience—here, the table is laid, bread is broken, drinks are sipped; laughter engulfs the room, and memories are made. The House of Fio presents The Fio Table – a premium dining concept.

The Fio Table celebrates Europe across the Mediterranean, from the sun-soaked shores of Spain and Italy to the vibrant, rich traditions of Greece and Turkey. It is a tribute to authentic flavours and the cherished tradition of sharing wholesome meals with loved ones — evoking the warmth of a host welcoming guests into their home.

From the East Coast, guests can indulge in Grills like the tender, smoky Greek Chicken Skewers served with sumac onions or treat themselves to the decadent Vanilla Pistachio Phyllo, a layered Mediterranean dessert. The Mezze selection presents a symphony of tastes: Spicy Feta and Falafel, a creamy whipped feta with chili soffrito and crispy falafel, paired with pine nuts and warm sesame pita; Hummus and Olives, with mixed olives, garlic, and velvety tahini; and Hummus and Spiced Grilled Chicken, featuring Baharat-spiced chicken and crispy chickpeas. For a refreshing balance, Cucumber Tzatziki, Eggplant Mutabel, and Ajika Muhammara offer vibrant, nuanced flavors that transport you straight to the Mediterranean coast.


From the West Coast, the menu goes beyond the expected fare with additions of dishes like crudos, coastal grills & wholesome salads. The menu highlights Italy’s culinary mastery with Crispy thin-crust pizzas made from high hydration dough, resulting in a light, airy base that pairs beautifully with rich tomato sauce and delicate mozzarella.

Mains from this section include the indulgent Truffle Potato Agnolotti, served with a velvety rosé sauce and a hint of parmesan, as well as the vibrant Salad of Cured Watermelon & Stracciatella, offering a refreshing burst of flavors.

Bold, hearty options like the slow-cooked Lamb Ragu Pappardelle, made with handmade pasta, round out the West Coast offerings, delivering a rich, comforting taste.

Designed to evoke the coziness of a living room, the space has interiors that combine soft warm earthy tones, natural textures, and lush greenery, creating a serene and elegant environment. Greek-inspired textures and subtle East Mediterranean elements that enrich the ambiance, making it the perfect setting for any occasion, from intimate gatherings to leisurely meals.

The soon-to-be-launched cocktail programme, set to debut on 15th December, brings to you a captivating selection of drinks crafted with native Mediterranean ingredients like pistachio, fig, basil, and rose. Signature mocktails such as Basil and Sweet Pea and more perfectly complement the cuisine.


With a seating capacity of 65, including an outdoor area and a large community table for group dining, The Fio Table invites diners to settle in, soak up the aura of togetherness, and savor the richness of Europe’s Mediterranean coastline.
