This exclusive pop-up at The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru will feature an array of delectable dishes like the Maaz Traem, Rogan Josh, Razmah Dal, Nadur Shaemi etc.
The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru, is hosting an exclusive Kashmiri food festival in collaboration with Sarposh – Experience Kashmir, from today till 16th of March 2025, offering a five-day culinary exploration of the Kashmiri Wazwan cuisine. This collaboration unites Falak, one of the finest North-West Frontier restaurant at The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru, helmed by Master Chef Farman Ali, with the authentic culinary heritage of Sarposh, creating a truly offering a one-of-a-kind experience.

Guests can immerse themselves in the royal flavours of Kashmiri cuisine with the Maaz Traem, a lavish multi-course lamb only meal served on a copper platter. A few highlights of the non-vegetarian menu are starters like Tabak Maaz, Maaz Seekh Kabab and mains like Ristae, tender meatballs in a saffron-infused gravy, the classic Rogan Josh, and the aromatic Mutschgand. Indulgent dishes like Oulv Bukhar Kormeh and Marchewangan Kormeh, a chili-infused lamb curry, further elevate the experience, concluding with the velvety Gushtabae Yakhein.The meal is perfectly complemented by Kong Kahwae, a delicate saffron-infused tea.
Vegetarians are in for a treat with delights like Mong Vor or Nadur Shaemi Kabab, earthy Buzith Kangucchi, and mains like Ruwangan Tschaman, Haakh, creamy Razmah Dal, and slow-cooked Tchok Wangun. The flavours are further enhanced with Nadur Yakhein.
Other highlights include Waazeh Kokar Nadur Shaemi Kabab and Talith Gaad, paired with Kangucchi Pulav, a fragrant and rich rice preparation. The meal concludes on a sweet note with Toumle Kong Phirin, a fragrant saffron-infused dessert, offering a perfect ending to an exquisite Kashmiri culinary journey.
