The movie, backed by Zee Studios and Shakti Sagar Productions, has already set the stage on fire with the release of its second song, Hitman. But what caught everyone’s attention at the recent Delhi press conference wasn’t just the music—it was a heartfelt story that revealed the deep bond between Sonu Sood and Honey Singh, one that began 16 years ago.

In an emotional throwback, Yo Yo Honey Singh shared a personal moment with the media that shed light on Sonu Sood’s unwavering belief in his future. “Sixteen years ago, I was just a music director in Punjab, working on tracks that felt ahead of their time,” Singh began. “Sonu paaji visited my studio in Mohali and listened to my songs like Brown Rang and Angrezi Beat. After hearing them, he looked at me and said, ‘Your time will come, and Bollywood will come to you.’ He even went to Mumbai and recommended me to producers and directors. Nothing happened then, but those words stayed with me.”

As time went by and Honey Singh’s Bollywood journey took off, he reconnected with Sonu Sood and thanked him for his foresight. “Sonu’s belief in me came true long before anyone else in Bollywood saw it. He was the first to see something in me,” Honey Singh reflected.

But the rapper didn’t stop there. He also spoke about Sonu Sood’s unwavering humanitarian spirit, calling him a true visionary and brother. “Sonu isn’t just a star; he’s a saviour. He’s always ready to put his life on the line to help others—whether they’re friends or strangers. He’s more than an actor; his heart is dedicated to serving people. If someone like him doesn’t succeed, who will?” Honey Singh added with admiration.

Directed by Sonu Sood, Fateh promises to be an action-packed, gripping drama, showcasing the multi-talented actor’s directorial debut. With a stellar soundtrack, a powerful storyline, the film is all set to release on 10th January 2025.
