This monsoon, Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel invites you to gather around “The Southern Table” — a vibrant showcase of cherished family recipes, rich spices, and soulful traditions from the heart of South India. From July 16th to 20th, the hotel’s signature restaurant Feast will transform into a cultural and culinary haven, celebrating the essence of the southern states through flavour, art, and heritage.

Curated by Chef Spoorthi, the festival features a handpicked menu rooted in heirloom ingredients and time-honoured cooking techniques — delicacies that have stood the test of time, now presented with a refined, contemporary flair. From fluffy idlis and fiery coastal curries to fragrant rice preparations and decadent desserts, every dish tells a story of home, memory, and region.
