If you’re looking for a festive twist on a classic drink, this easy Pomegranate Mojito is a must-try! Bursting with fruity flavors and a hint of tangy sweetness from fresh pomegranate juice, it’s the perfect way to add a pop of red to your holiday celebrations.

A traditional Mojito blends white rum, fresh lime juice, mint leaves, sugar, and club soda. But I love giving it a unique touch with homemade pomegranate juice, which brings a sweet-tart flavor to the mix. Want a non-alcoholic version? Just skip the rum, and you have a refreshing mocktail! If fresh pomegranates aren’t available, Pom Wonderful juice is a great substitute and is easy to find year-round.
During the holiday season, people use pomegranate arils to add color and a burst of flavor to dishes like Tandoori Cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts, Roasted Carrots, and Avocado Chickpea Chaat.
Ingredients:

Pomegranate Juice – Adds a vibrant color and sweet-tart flavor to the mojito, bringing a festive twist to the classic. You can use homemade or store-bought pom juice for this recipe.
Club Soda – Provides a refreshing fizz to balance the flavors, whether you choose club soda or plain seltzer.
Fresh Mint – Just the leaves for a cool, minty touch; muddle gently to keep the flavor fresh without bitterness.
Lime – Fresh lime slices or juice add a zesty, citrusy kick; adjust to taste for just the right balance.
Rum – A splash (optional)
How to Make Pomegranate Mojito:
Add 2 to 3 lime slices, mint leaves, pomegranate arils to a glass.
Squeeze some fresh lime juice.
With a muddler, muddle the lime, mint, and pomegranate. Optionally add sugar
Add ice, pomegranate juice, and club soda. Squeeze more lime juice if you like.
Optional step – add the rum for a cocktail or skip to serve it as a mocktail.
Stir. Garnish with a lime and mint sprig.
What’s great about this recipe is how customizable it is, add more sugar if you like it sweeter, extra pomegranate juice for a tangy punch, and a splash of white rum if you’re going for a cocktail vibe!
