Sheraton Hyderabad Welcomes Top 50 Restaurant Inja to the City

On 31 January and 1 February 2025, Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel’s Pan-Asian outpost Zega is set to host Chef Adwait  from INJA in a glorious display of Indian and Japanese cuisine that’s designed to delight the discerning foodie.

INJA, the world’s first Indian-Japanese restaurant, debuts in Hyderabad at Zega, Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel, for two exclusive nights on 31 January and 1 February 2025. The popup will be led by award-winning Chef Adwait Anantwar, celebrated as one of India’s Top 30 Chefs in 2024 by Culinary Culture, who will bring his renowned culinary expertise to the city of Nizams.

INJA, celebrated for its groundbreaking blend of Indian and Japanese cuisines, has earned prestigious accolades, including the Best Modern Indian Restaurant (Premium Dining Category) 2024 at the Times Food & Nightlife Awards and a 14th rank in the Conde Nast Top Restaurant Awards 2024. This innovative dining concept, led by Chef Adwait Anantwar, seamlessly combines the refined techniques of Japanese cuisine with the bold flavors of India, creating a truly one-of-a-kind gastronomic experience.
